Customer registration and business correspondence belong to separate systems.
On this website
Registration collects your name, company, and email address; department, position, and phone are optional. We use these records to verify your email, issue and recover activation entitlements, deliver downloads, and administer the alpha-adopter offer. Essential session cookies protect registration and confirmation forms. There are no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. First-party counters store only aggregate page-view and installer-download totals, without visitor identifiers, IP addresses, query strings, or message content. Refreshes, bots, and repeat requests may count again. Existing entitlement records also record download requests; a served file is not proof of a completed transfer, installation, or use.
In PChannel Desktop
Correspondence and protected identity material are retained locally. The Relay provides temporary custody of message packages. Alpha content is not end-to-end encrypted or cryptographically concealed from the Relay; other participants retain their own records. Removing local data does not remove remote copies.
Retention and contact
Unconfirmed registrations are removed after 30 days. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; download links expire after 7 days. Verified customer and activation records are retained while needed to support your entitlement and the alpha-adopter offer. Sent email bodies are removed from the website queue. Hosting access logs and backups follow the hosting operator’s retention settings. Contact support@pchannel.cc to request access, correction, or deletion of registration data; records needed to maintain an active entitlement may need to be retained.
Email and identity
Required confirmation and activation emails support your registration. For the alpha-adopter offer, we send one quiz invitation after alpha activation, with no quiz reminders or marketing follow-ups. Website records do not grant Channel membership, establish company identity, or recover communication keys.
